Antenatal care
Routine antenatal check-ups by our qualified midwife. Monday 1.00pm to 4.00pm.
Asthma
By appointment with the Practice nurse. Please contact reception to make an appointment. Please click here to complete the asthma review questionnaire before your annual appointment.
Child health
A drop-in clinic for advice and weight checking. Wednesday mornings at Par Health Centre.
COPD
By appointment with the Practice nurse. Please contact reception to make an appointment.
Diabetes
Regular check-ups and advice from practice nurses on lifestyle, diabetic control and medication. Thursday morning 9.00am – 12.00pm, by appointment.
Family planning
Advice on contraception and provision of free condoms, Implanon and coil fitting. Available during normal nurse clinics.
Flu and covid vaccinations

Heart disease
Regular check-ups and advice from Practice nurses on diet, exercise, smoking cessation. During normal nurse clinics.
Phlebotomy
Blood taken by trained phlebotomists.
Smears
Routine and follow up smears done by practice nurses during normal clinics.
Stop Smoking
We do not have a stop smoking clinic at the surgery. You can access advice and support through the Healthy Cornwall website.
Travel health

Vaccinations
Routine and travel vaccinations for all ages are available during surgery times by appointment with our nurses. Childhood immunisations for school age children will be given at school.
Weight Management
One to one support from the practice nurse, dietary advice, weight monitoring. Please book into nurse clinic.
