Complaints and compliments

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please contact the surgery and speak to our Practice Manager Claire Lawless-Beatson or in her absence Rebecca Drew (rebeccadrew@nhs.net) will deal with your concerns appropriately.

We always encourage individuals to always raise their concerns directly with us as a provider. However, should someone wish to complain to our commissioners, from 1 July 2023 you can do so by the following means:

For your awareness, the complaint will then be passed to a regional hub who will manage the process on behalf of the ICB.
