In response to increasing living costs, and pressures across the health and care system in our county, this unique partnership of more than 50 voluntary organisations has been working with the Integrated Care Board (ICB) to offer ongoing support to communities across the Duchy.
Called the Community Gateway, it provides a dedicated telephone line that is available for everyone to access a wide range of professional voluntary sector support and services

You can access the Gateway by calling 01872 266383 or emailing gateway@ageukcornwall.org.uk to speak to trained staff and find local support that’s right for you.
In addition, staff members in the community will be available to offer one-to-one and group support. The Gateway is open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
